Phase Three:
The third phase of the program provides patients with support in maintaining a sober and healthy lifestyle in a sober community. The goal at this Phase is to maintain abstinence as the resident moves freely in the community. Integration in to the recovery community and vocational pursuits are vital at this Phase. Ongoing recovery support and development of the spiritual principles of 12 Step Recovery are encouraged with the expectation of daily practice.
We offer affordable, customizable, quality long term care for the treatment of addiction and co-occurring disorders. The Phase of care is clinically driven by the patient’s progress or lack of progress in treatment. The patient is not automatically stepped down based on an admission date or a specific number of days.
