The journey through long term treatment ends with the Phase 4 - Sober Living Program. A CLIENT CANNOT BE DIRECTLY ADMITTED INTO SOBER LIVING WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING ONE OF THE FIRST THREE PHASES! It is our last phase in the transition process that allows you or your loved one to re-integrate back into society as a fulfilled, productive and sober individual. Experience the safety and security that sober living can afford you as you continue working on rebuilding your sense of self, maintain stable employment, remain engaged and active in the sober community and embark upon your path in recovery. The Phase 4 - Sober Living program provides a greater degree of independence while maintaining a sober and supportive community. Our residents are free to live on the campus for as long as they wish and responsible for paying for housing. We encourage you to make your apartment your own as you feel your way towards independence and your sense of accomplishment continues to be nurtured.
Traditionally referred to as a halfway house, there is nothing halfway about the Florida House. Our residents continue to receive clinical, pharmacological and case management services as needed. Our staff is available on site around the clock, 365 days a year. At this level of care you or your loved one will have developed a strong network of support and laid the foundation for lasting recovery. Your resources will have expanded beyond your Florida House family, into the large recovery community in Southeast Florida. Our daily 12-step community meetings, daily meditation and workshops will always be available for you as you are well on your way to joining our alumni. To help maintain an environment of safety conducive to your recovery random drug testing is required to ensure a zero tolerance substance abuse policy. Our campus is now your campus as you assume the role of an upstanding community member and welcome newcomers as they embark upon their own journey.
